An English boy in Wales, Will Brooks is a freelance artist, writer and designer based outside Cardiff.
Since 2014, Will has worked on a range of projects, usually involving licensed properties. The majority of his work has involved Doctor Who, including a five-year stint as the resident 'Photo Cover' designer for Titan Comics, as well as artwork for Big Finish Productions and the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff Bay. From 2020, Will has been responsible for the artwork on Cubicle 7's Doctor Who Roleplaying Game products, providing covers and interior artwork, as well as establishing the design for products released under the second edition.
Outside of the TARDIS, Will has been involved in a number of other projects, including work on merchandise for Sherlock, Torchwood, and across several titles for Cutaway Comics.
Since 2023, Will has been the designer for Roundel Books, putting together titles including The DNA of Doctor Who, working alongside former producer Philip Hinchcliffe, and Go Figure! a guide to the Doctor Who action figures produced by Character Options. Both of these titles were produced alongside editor Gary Russell.
